Cadastre of Real Estates - Transfer of ownership

The bachelor thesis Cadastre of Real Estate The transfer of ownership is divided into two parts theoretical and practical.The theoretical part deals with the history of real estate cadastre such as presenting their own registration of ownership in the Land Register. The thesis contains a chapter focusing on the transfer of ownership, which informs about the subject of the draft deposit, participants and the procedure. The practical part describes the structure of ministries Surveying to offices and workplaces, inspectorates and the Constitution. For example it includes deposits under the contract,participants of donation and purchase contract. In the analytical part I compare the number of deposits at the level of the Cadastral unit Rakovník, the Land Registry Office for the Central region and even throughout the country
