Analysis of trade flows in the retail grocery

This thesis deals with the analysis of specific Vietnamese forms of sales in food shops. The research area is located in the Prague. Review of literature contains the most important lessons learned from the professional literature. He explains the importance of the retail network and its breakdown. A part of literary research is also knowledge about the current state of the retail market and involvement of researched forms of sales in the current trend. The practical part defines the position of the Vietnamese form of sales. The main objective is to analyse the specific forms of Vietnamese retail sales. A survey has been used to get the most important information and analysis. This survey was subsequently evaluated in the SPSS program. The analysis uncovers how these stores do business, how they make a profit, or generally as traders come to sell food as traders
