Add to ORKGThe focus of this bachelor’s thesis is an elaboration of a project documentation of a residential house. The draft was completed on a level that the project documentation could be used for a building permit. The building site is located in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem on parcel n. 3058/84 in an area of 810 m2. It is a one-story house without a basement designed for four people. The parcel is located on a gently sloped terrain. The wall system uses POROTHERM blocks. The construction is situated on a concrete foundation. The ceiling construction is composed of POT beams and MIAKO inserts. The roof is gabled with a 35° pitch and covered with KB Beta concrete tiles.
