The theme of the thesis is „Inspection and authorization of domestic wastewater treatment plant.“ It deals with the legislative framework for the permitting process and inspection of wastewater treatment plants used for groups up to 50 inhabitants. In addition to defining the legislative inspection process and authorization construction of waterworks and wastewater discharges into groundwater and surface water, this work emphasizes current technological possibilities wastewater treatment plant and related certification issues and categorizing description.
