Skeleton detached house

The matter of the bachelor´s thesis is the new building of double-storey detached house in a local part of Kudlov the city of Zlin. The object is formed by reinforced concrete, prefabricated elements forming the skeleton structure. The supporting structure consists of continuous columns, beams, braces and all atypical sections. Ceiling, roof and foundation slab is designed from prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. Building´s stair is from reinforced concrete, prefabricated. As the filler of peripheral walls and for realization of partition walls as well is used sand-lime bricks. The roof is flat, vegetation. The building has the shape of a cube and includes a built-in garage. The house is designed for housing a family of four. The main entrance and the entrance to garage is at the level of the first floor from the street Modra. The main living rooms are oriented to the southern side
