Detached house with a law office in Vyškov

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design and project documentation of a detached house with a law office in Vyškov. The building has three floors and a partial basement. The roof of the building is designed as a flat roof. There are two cellars, a game room and a wine cellar in the basement. The law office is placed on the first floor and it allows access for people with reduced mobility. On the second and third floor two dwelling units with terraces are placed. The entrances to the housing part and the law office are separated. The building has a garage designed for two personal vehicles
