This bachelor thesis deals with regulation of brightness power LED diodes and design of the control circuits. Here is described how in environment Delphi to create an application to control PWM Arduino outputs. They are discussed linear and switching current source. Also are described specialized switching power supplies to power the LEDs. The aim of this work is the design, realization and comparison of linear power supply, switching source assembled with the TL494 and integrated switchied current source TPS92513
