This work consists of a theoretical part, which deals with various ways of mathematical equations to model the thermal photovoltaic cell. Thermal modeling describes a photovoltaic cell temperature, and heat capacity of the photovoltaic cell. This temperature is usually function or directly dependent on the intensity of solar radiation. In the theoretical section explains several ways to model thermal photovoltaic cells. Thermal modeling is outside the scope of this paper, it is mainly the modeling of solar irradiance, which is discussed in detail in the next section, and then in the practical part.
