Study of Purchasing Function in a Production Company

The aim of this work is the study of buying positions in manufacturing companies of the food industry. The work focuses on the current situation of the company, its purchasing function linked to warehousing inventory and manufacturing process. Partial aim is to present proposals for improving the current shopping feature. I reached these proposals through analyzes internal and external environment, and also using more detailed look at the inventory, the enterprise and its suppliers. Finally, I made proposals which should help the company improve the current situation, not only in terms of shopping
