Employment of People with Disabilities

The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue on employment of people with disabilities. The theoretical part contains the basic concepts and definition of industrial relations. Also, payroll accounting, economic aspects and the tax impacts on employment of people with disabilities to employers. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of employment of people with disabilities for the employer. In the final part there are already concrete proposals for solutions for the employers
