I will present the latest results from the Lenses Structure and Dynamics (LSD) Survey. Using ESI on the Keck Telescope, we have measured spatially resolved stellar kinematics for a sample of 11 early-type galaxies (E/S0s) in the range z=0.1-1, selected as gravitational lenses. By combining lensing and dynamical analysis, we break the degeneracies inherent to each method alone and obtain an accurate measurement of the amount and distribution of dark matter in high redshift E/S0s. I will discuss the implications of these measurements on the epoch and mechanism of formation of early-type galaxies.
