Summary of the 2nd Climate policy workshop in the framework of EFIEA, held in Amsterdam, April 18-19, 2000. Some of the most important issues to be resolved at COP6 were discussed among scientists, policy makers and stakeholders: EU leadership, Kyoto Mechanisms,domestic implementation issues and sinks. The workshop as well as this report serve as a preparation for COP6 in November 2000
