In 1994, a speed campaign was conducted on 80 km/h roads in the Noord and Midden police districts in the Dutch province of Flevoland. This campaign was held before and after the summer holidays. In the Noord district, speed enforcement was carried out by using radar and a camera exclusively, and a feedback sign given by the police radar. In the Midden district, all trespassers are stopped by the police. An information campaign for the regional press was conducted before the start and during the campaign. Speed was evaluated before and during the campaign. A survey was conducted among car drivers.
