The common room between the houses must be available for all inhabitants as a space for living. Living includes walking, sitting, playing, driving, riding, parking. A number of requirements have been defined, and a number of specific measures have been indicated, which prevent that one particularly of living (e.g. driving in cars) can become predominant in residential areas.
