He describes his company’s failed attempt to sink an oil well in Kentucky due to “mischievous spirit influences,” and his hopes for a revival of the enterprise with the benefit of mediums who have identified nearby productive sites. He proposes a stock restructuring plan to reward her and others for their current investment and further contributions.
