Il simbolo, tra mediazione e incarnazione

The thesis of this paper is that the problem of symbol \u2013 i.e. the problem of what its nature and its logic are \u2013 needs, to be solved, to deal with two basic categories: the category of mediation and the category of incarnation. More precisely, what I would like to argue is that the symbol can perform its basic function of mediation as it is based on a logic of incarnation. Unlike the sign, the symbol is in fact understandable as the paradoxical incarnation of two signifiers
