Pendekatan budaya kerja untuk mengurangi ketidakselarasan antar divisi pada IKM batik bogor tradisik

Nowadays, Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) becoming a focus of Indonesian government. This reason is due to SMEs’ role as an economic foundation of this country. Moreover, SMEs also opened up job opportunities from any educational background and their stability have alreavy proved on the past global crisis. Batik Bogor Tradisiku as a pioneer of batik SME in Bogor City has been delivering message of Bogor icons through motives for eight years,and save this intangible cultural heritage, stated by UNESCO, in this modern era. The good organizational culture in Batik Bogor Tradisiku could bring good performance internally and contribute the handicraft development in Bogor City externally. The purpose of this study is to identify the kind of organizational culture approach which suitable to be applied in Batik Bogor Tradisiku to minimize its cross division misalignment. This organizational alignment indicated a degree of collaboration between structure, strategy, and culture. Moreover, culture was divided into four aspects; clan, adhocracy, hierarchy, and market. Then, this study has proven the power relationship and leadership as a catalyst which can fasten the form of organizational alignment. These causal effects was analyzed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)-Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with second order confirmatory factor analysis. This research data was collected from questionnaires which were filled by the whole employee population (census technique) and was also analyzed by qualitative method. Thus, this study generated the effects of culture, power relationship, and leadership to alignment and describes the next managerial implications. The result of this study showed that Batik Bogor Tradisiku should change the clan culture and leadership style into adhocracy culture due to the facts that current organizational culture were not suitable in forming organizational alignment
