KAJIAN KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PERTANIAN DI KOTA PALANGKARAYA

Study on Agricultural Extension Worker and its Effect on Agriculture's Productivity in Palanglca Raya City The purpose of this research is to find factors, which influence low agricultural extension worker perforn~ance, and to seek the way to increase it. Data analysis used in this research based on deskriptive and infirential analysis. Samples consist of 40 agricultural Extension Worker and 80 farmers. Multiple Regression is used to find relatiotiship between the performance with internal and external influenced factors. Relationship between farming productivity and agricultural extension worker performanance is also calculated with regression. The result showed that training, work awareness, income and combination between government institute's coordination and supervision of agricultural extension worker activities have influience on agrictrltural extension worker activities The research propose that reward should be given reguraly to agricurtural extension worker
