Finding cures against tuberculosis (TB) is an on-going battle for humans. TB is one of the world's deadliest diseases and one third of the world's population are infected with TB although only 10 % of the TB infected population developed to TB disease. Decline of TB disease was observed in the United States from over 16,000 to just below 8000 between 1993 and 2008 [13]. Worldwide, an incidence of TB disease increased from 125 cases per 100,000 population in 1990 to 142 cases per 100,000 population in 2004. This increase was primarily due to prevalence of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection among TB patients and a lack of access to proper treatments among them.
