Knowledge mobilization is about translating new knowledge into practice. Virtual learning processes play an important role in diffusing knowledge. This study addresses the personal and cognitive dimensions of virtual learning. A survey (n = 403) was conducted to understand how individual characteritics influence perceptions of ease of use of e-learning systems. Our findings show that e-learning system self-efficacy and computer anxiety mediate the effects of personal innovativeness with IT and computer playfulness on perceived ease of use
