Logical explanation for dark matter and energy

In this endeavor, we first give a logical explanation for all quantum phenomenon and then use it as a basis to give a logical reason why general relativity should be extended. This possible extension we propose, inturn gives us a direction in which we are to proceed to quantize gravity. We also present a simple experiment to verify it. Then assuming that the general theory of relativity is to be extended, we proceed to give a logical reason why dark matter and dark energy should exist in this universe
