Caractériser les PTCE par l’analyse processuelle : Une application en région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur

International audienceTerritorial clusters of economic cooperation (PTCE) have been recognized in the Social economy law in 2014. As multi-stakeholders organization working on local projects of sustainable development, they mostly tend to be considered as bottom-up initiatives and the literature highlights their collective character. Building on the ongoing studies, we first characterize the morphology and the organizational form of the clusters from a static perspective. Then, we show the interest of a processual approach by focusing on the trajectory of the leading organization. We proceed with two case studies in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, in France.Le PTCE (Pôle Territorial de Coopération Economique) est en voie d’institutionnalisation, avec une reconnaissance législative par la loi de 2014 relative à l’ESS. Regroupement multi-acteurs autour de projet territoriaux de développement durable, il est souvent appréhendé par sa dynamique bottom-up et la dimension collective de la démarche. Nous inspirant des travaux en cours, nous commençons par caractériser d’un point de vue statique la morphologie des pôles et leur forme organisationnelle. Puis nous montrons l’intérêt d’une analyse processuelle en privilégiant la trajectoire de la structure mère des PTCE. Nous appuyons notre analyse sur deux études de cas en région PACA
