As stated in our article, in the Methods section: "Due to geographical factors, patients generally had CT scan near their place of residence" and in the Discussion section: "The limitations of our study were that the quality of CT, performed in different centres for geographical reasons, was very variable", it was a prospective study and patients came to our institution from different regions of France; hence, postoperative CT scans were performed with different parameters (limitation). Moreover, as it was a prospective study begun in 2003, it is easy to understand that the quality of the scanners improved in 10 years
