Positron Emission Tomography (PET) is a powerful molecular-imaging technique for physiological andbiological investigations in various areas. Due to the increasing need of this technique for in vivoapplications, there is always a demand for the development of new tracers and radiolabelingstrategies. In this context an original method was developed to introduce the 11C-radioisotope for thelabeling of bioconjugated compounds.
