Given the turbulent and dynamic business environment context, operational agility has increasingly become critical for survival and thriving of companies nowadays. This study attempts to explore the role of enterprise systems in organizations' operational agility since enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, SCM are one of the most significant information technology investments and have become prevalent in most of businesses.
