Tato práce se zabývá postsyntetickým značením modifikovaných oligonukleotidů fluoroforem pomocí konjugační reakce. Dále se věnuje výběru vhodné purifikační metody pro odstranění nenavázaného fluoroforu s následným spektrofotometrickým ověřením. Takto připravené oligonukleotidy byly poté použity jako hydrolyzační sondy v real-time PCR analýze.This work deals with postsynthetic labeling of modified oligonucleotides using fluorofore conjugation reaction. It also discusses the selection of suitable purification method to remove unbound fluorofore followed by spectrophotometric verification. The prepared oligonucleotides were then used as hydrolysis probes in real-time PCR analysis.Fakulta chemicko-technologick
