The study of Electromagnetic BandGap (EBG) structures have become an encouraging investigation area due to their behaviour as artificial magnetic conductor (AMC). Their properties allow us to control the propagation of electromagnetic waves, which is impossible to reach with a perfect electric conductor (PEC).
