Our study focused on the ecology of organisms involved in the biofouling process in Penang coastal waters and we assessed the temporal dynamics of recruitment of fouling organisms in relation to varying environmental factors and analysed the population models of common fouling organisms collected from various locations and Penang coastal areas in different months. Our study has shown some distinct zonations of different barnacles in different zones and stations across Penang coastal waters . Total of 3 species of barnacles and biofoulers were identified and analysed in this study.\ud \u
