Two type of solid system had been investigated to produce barium strontium titanate (BST) via solid state reaction by mechanical activation technique. The 2 starting solid system used are: BaC03-SrC03-Ti02 and BaO-SrO-Ti02. Mechanical activation was performed to these solid systems by high energy planetary milling equipment
