PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN FARMASI YANG GO PUBLIC TAHUN 2006-2009

The purpose of this study were to analyze the effect of: Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over toward the stock price. Sample in this study were 8 pharmacy industries which are listed in BEI along the period pf 2006-2009. By applying purposive random sampling method. Data used in this study were taken from the financial report from each industry. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The test were done by using F test, t test and Determinant Coefficient. The study result showed that simultaneous among indepent variable toward dependent variable. This can be seen from the variable significant level below 0.05 with F count score 0.366. the t test result showed Total Asset Turn Over not effect toward stock price. This can be seen from the variable significant level on 0.05. the Adjusted R Square score was gained of about 0.628 or 62.8%. the result showed that the Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Current ratio Total Asset Turn Over influence the stock price and remains of (100% - 62.8%) = 37.3%, was explained with other variable with the fallacy degree level of 5% (α= 0,05)
