This research was aimed at developing autonomous listening learning materials for TOEFL preparation for learnes at independent laguage learning center at Yoyakarta State University to help the learnes improve their listening skils. This research was a Research and Development study wich refers to development model proposed by Tomlinson(1998) that comprises the steps of needs analysis, design of the syllabus, design of the final draft of materials.
