Folker Hachtmann Collection. 2006-2010

This collection contains material (letters, and reports with photographs) about the former small Jewish community at Güstrow, and efforts on the part of Lutheran Pastor Folker Hachtmann to raise awareness of it, including establishing a Jewish Community Center. Includes letters nominating him for the 2010 Obermayer German Jewish History Award, and photos/reports of the installation of stolpersteine in memory of former Jewish residents of Güstrow.Folker Hachtmann was Lutheran pastor in Güstrow, and a very active advocate on issues of German Jewish relations.
