Arthur Lilienthal Collection 1924-1939

The collection contains Lilienthal's 1924 doctoral diploma from the University of Heidelberg. Also included is a photograph of Lilienthal's portrait at about age 40 by the artist Colin.Born 1899 in Berlin, Arthur Lilienthal was a lawyer, judge, and county magistrate in Berlin. Her served as secretary general of the Reichsvertretung der Juden in Deutschland. In 1942 he was deported to Minsk.digitize
