Solar eruptive phenomena, including eruptive solar prominences/filaments, solar flares and Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs), have severe impact on the Earth’s space environment and human activities: so-called Space Weather. The dynamics and evolution of the prominences/filaments are important for our understanding of the initiation processes that drive CMEs and lead to drastic energy release in the solar flares.
