Studi Pengelolaan Sampah Kertas Di kelurahan Bangkala Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar

Bangkala is one of six subdistricts in Manggala with an area of 4,30 Km2. The exsisting management system of paper wastes in Bangkala isn???t good enough. It can be seen in the amount of paper wastes in Bangkala subdistrict. This research method by observation, survey and interviews as well as sampling method that using measurment of waste generation based of SNI known as Indonesia National Standarization that to take 3 sampel each day within 7 days, as the result of this research we found out the total weight and volume of paper wastes in Bangkala subdistrict within 7 days is about 94,1 Kg and 1174,1 Dm3, or average weight and volume per day about 13,4 Kg/day and 167,7 Dm3/day.
