Sediment transport is important in the fields of sedimentary geology, geomorphology, civil engineering\ud and environmental engineering. This paper describes sediment transport modeling for Bau-bau Coast. Sediment\ud transport model is a tool that should be considered in designing coastal buildings. The model utilizes conservation of\ud mass and momentum equations which are integrated to the depth. Conservation of mass and momentum equations are\ud solved by the finite element method using the Galerkin weighted residual method. Modeling utilizes Surface Water\ud Modeling System software with RMA2 module and SED2D module
