KEANEKARAGAMAN MORFOLOGI DAUN POHON PENGHIJAUAN DI JALAN PERINTIS KEMERDEKAAN KOTA MAKASSAR

Research on the Morphological Diversity of Leaf Regreening Trees in Perintis Kemerdekaan Street in Makassar City, was held in February 2012 - June 2012. Sampling sites along the Perintis Kemerdekaan in Makassar City. This study aims to determine the type and morphological diversity of leaves of the tree planting in Perintis Kemerdekaan Street in Makassar City. The research method used in the method of Cruise Method at 3 (three) station, analysis of data obtained by using descriptive. The results indicate that trees grow in the Perintis Kemerdekaan Street in Makassar City familia 18 and species 32, totality trees 1.628. The dominant tree species planted are: Samanea saman (Jacq.) Merr., Swietenia macrophylla King., Polyalthia longifolia var.pendula, Pterocarpus indicus Willd., dan Roystonea regia (H.B.K) O.F.Cook. Diversity of different leaf morphology, leaf surface slick, shiny, coarse, flat leaf and hairy. Edge of the leaf, flat, jagged and bumpy. There are different thicknesses of thin leaves and thick. The highest trees plant in the station I at Makassar Town Square - Nusa Tamalanrea Indah of 694 trees, while the lowest trees plant growth in the station III Regional Police Headquarters (Regional Police) South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi gate to Hasanuddin Airport Makassar City of 424 trees
