--There is a rising concern of imbalance development and economic growth amongst provinces in Indonesia particularly between Java Island and other part of Indonesia, which called Eastern Part of Indonesia. nowadays. The fact that economic growth and development in Java faster and sophisticated than other island in Indonesia has addressed some social and economic problem not only to the population but also to the government itself. The economic development rises as equal as the number of poverty addressed in this country. In term of equal development and economic growth to all provinces in Indonesia the Government should take an essential action to reduce the number of poverty. Therefore, in Indonesia???s Sixth Five Year National Development Plan, one big goal should he addressed is its resolve to tackle the poverty alleviation issue, then the government of Indonesia announcing ??????Development Equity and Poverty Alleviation???.
