A research on the ???Efectivenessof the Antimicrobe of the Probiotic Bacteria from the Intestine of the Broiler Duck Anas domesticus on the Growth of Vibrio spp???. This research aimed to investigate the capacity of the probiotic bacteria of the intestine of the broiler duck Anas domesticus based on the difference of the culture probiotic incubation period in inhibiting the growth of the Vibrio spp. The ability of H isolate in inhibiting the growth of Vibrio spp. can be known by doing a test on the inhibiting power. The test of the inhibiting power which had been done indicated that H isolate \ud had the capacity to kill or to act as a bactericidal against the growth of Vibrio spp. by forming a clear zone around the blank disk. This indication roved that H isolate could produce a metabolic compound during its growing process. During the culture H isolate influenced the resulted metabolic compound. The optimum production of the metabolic compound in the culture condition of 48 hours was shown by additional clear zone around the blank disc. The H isolate also had higher capacity toward the growth of Vbrio harveyi compared to Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and Vibrio cholera
