The HIV epidemic in Papua has widespread throughout the population (generalized epidemic) and this province is the highest prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. The magnitude of this problem has grown to become an issue of omission and extinction of native Papuans. This study was conducted using a mixed qualitative and quantitative namely Grounded Theory and Experimental.
