Nouvelles ou interessantes especes du genre Eriocaulon (Eriocaullaceae) en Afrique

Twenty new species of the genus Eriocaulon (Eriocaulaceae) are described from C Africa (Zaire, Rwanda, Burundi) including E. alaeum, E. albocapitatum, E. angustibracteum, E. bicolor, E. denticulum, E. diloloense, E. glandulosum, E. katangaense, E. linearitepalum, E. nigrocapitatum, E. parvitepalum, E. parvistoloniferum, E. pseudomutatum, E. ramocaulon, E. recurvibracteum, E. similischimperi, E. similitepalum, E. sinealaeum, E. stipantepalum and E. varium. E. andongense is reduced to a variety, E. buchananii var andogense. E. woodii var minor is reduced to synonymy with E. africanum, E. malaissei viviparum is considered synonymous with E. ramocaulon and E. schimperi var. gigas is inseparable from E. schimperi.
