The present research focused on the development of a new methodology to assess the strength of the interaction between vaccine antigens and elicited polyclonal antibodies through SPR biosensors. Quantifying the binding strength of polyclonal antibodies is of first importance to evaluate the quality of the vaccine as well as to increase the scientific knowledge of immune protection mechanisms.
