A simple, accurate, coprecipitation radioimmunoassay for the detection of antithyroglobulin antibodies is described. This semiautomated technique allows the determination of the three classes of antibodies; it compared favorably with the tanned red cell hemagglutination test. Its clinical relevance is illustrated in the investigation of various thyroid diseases.SCOPUS: ar.jinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishe
