The modulation instability and localized excitations of dust-ion acoustic waves was studied. The type and propagation characteristics depended on the carrier wave wavenumber k and the modulation angle θ. The possibility and conditions for the existence of different types of localized excitations were also discussed.SCOPUS: ar.jinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishe
