The situation of psychoanalytical psychotherapy is addressed from two angles. They are 1) clinical theory and its relation to psychoanalysis, and 2) its social integration into health care organizations. Both refer to different logics and bring out contradictions at clinical and institutional levels. These different dimensions are fertile in that they give a broad scope to the development and coherence of psychoanalytical psychotherapies as well as orienting the choice of politics within psychoanalytical and psychotherapeutic institutions.SCOPUS: ar.jinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishe
