Cortisonic glaucoma is frequent, clinically similar to chronic open angle glaucoma but directly linked to a corticosteroid treatment. Four risk factors are involved in the hypertonic effect of steroids: genetic ground: primary open angle glaucoma, diabetes, myopia, young age; intraocular penetrance and anti-inflammatory efficacy; the mode and duration of administration.SCOPUS: re.jinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishe
