This portfolio was written for the Master of Second Language Teaching (MSLT) program. It reflects the author\u27s beliefs on effective methods for teaching English as a second language (ESL) to adult learners. It includes the author\u27s teaching philosophy, which focuses on communicative language teaching, creating an encouraging classroom environment, and providing meaningful instruction.
