Pre - contract and post rugby life for Fijians

My paper makes reference to an article titled “Sewabu and his ideas” published in the Fiji Times on 22 December 2012. Reflections are made on key themes (knowledge, skills, and empowerment) emanating from Sewabu’s article for young-to-long term rugby players in Fiji. My paper extrapolates and highlights the importance of financial literacy training as part of professional development, and places emphasis for the establishment of an effective and robust regime for upcoming young rugby players and ongoing players in Fiji. Furthermore, my paper also emphasizes on sustainable source of living, post rugby life and the way forward during contemporary times
