One of the factors of this ‘fit’ can hinge on how job applicants perceive whether their prospective employers have corporate social responsibilities (‘CSR’) that match their own corporate social responsibility orientation (‘CSRO’) and CSRO can be one of the employer-attractiveness influencing factors.
