This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of systemic and topical antifungal agents in people with chronic rhinosinusitis, including those with allergic fungal rhinosinusitis (AFRS) and, if possible, AFRS exclusively. The review will exclude patients in the immediate post-surgical period (within six weeks of sinus surgery)
